Virtual Portfolio
Serverside Group's Virtual Portfolio is a partner management and card marketing platform for card
issuers looking to efficiently introduce multiple card programs to their organization. It consists of a
hosted Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that can be customized around each stakeholder with
simple, self-service interfaces. Virtual Portfolio enables issuers to evaluate and approve potential
partners and then to administer and promote the program to cardholders. The service's inherent
efficiency, combined with the on-demand production of cards, enables issuers to service previously
underserved groups by enormously reducing the risk associated with launching and marketing card
programs. The card is reviewed for image and brand compliance, then goes to the processor where it
gets merged with the card production file and is produced and shipped. In just days, the customer has
the card in hand... the card that, research shows, is more likely to be used by the customer than any
other.
