Serverside Group first established online card customization in 2003 and is at the forefront of card industry innovation. Our experience includes working with over 200 financial card issuers in 27 countries, which between them have issued over 2,000 customized card programs. Serverside is proud to have helped bring millions of cards to "front of wallet", generating greater usage, loyalty and proven Return on Investment (ROI) for our clients. We know what works and we will share this to make your programs a success.

Serverside Group is always expanding its Intellectual Property portfolio to give commercial comfort to our customers that other technology providers can't provide. Serverside Group invests heavily in Intellectual Property and is now seeing its portfolio of patent applications granted in jurisdictions around the world.

Serverside Group is not tied to any single card printer or personalization bureau. We have the flexibility and skill set to work with our client's vendor of choice. This allows issuers to determine who can print and personalize their cards at the best market price based on your portfolio and marketing needs. Also, if an issuer needs to switch from one bureau to the next everything to create customized cards can be carried over.

Serverside offers the ability to implement a card customisation program with little or no impact to your existing IT systems - the Zero Integration plan. We know limited system resources and lengthy timelines can deter or prevent a program launch so we have created a way around that - ask us how we did it.

Serverside Group's on demand printing capability mean cards are not created until they are ordered which means there is no longer the need to pre-purchase and pre-print large card quantities in advance. This saves on expensive warehouse and vault costs and leads to greater efficiency and lowered costs to create.

Serverside Group operates globally with offices in the U.S., Europe and Asia Pacific. Our clients, who can opt for either custom or off-the-shelf solutions, range from large global financial institutions to local credit unions.
